Liz brings over 20 years’ experience in social impact, philanthropy and leadership development, to the role of Chief Executive Officer at the Menzies Foundation. She has worked across the not-for-profit, university, government and private sectors, including setting up her own businesses.
Liz was instrumental in establishing and managing both the Centre for Ethical Leadership and the Asia Pacific Centre for Social Impact during her six years with the Melbourne Business School at the University of Melbourne.
She also worked as a higher education advisor to former Victorian Premier, Ted Baillieu and managed a $5million grant making program during her six years as Grant Executive of the Helen Macpherson Smith Trust.
Liz was awarded a research fellowship to investigate best practice in philanthropy, working alongside The Trust Company philanthropy team to develop the Engaged Philanthropy model. This work culminated in the national launch of the Best Practice in Philanthropy Report in 2018, in partnership with Philanthropy Australia.
Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, a Graduate Diploma of Management (Industrial Relations) from Victoria University and a Master of Public Policy from Deakin University.

Sarah brings a wealth of experience in Marketing and Communication Management to the role of Communication and Operations Manager at the Menzies Foundation.
She has worked across most industries including Mining, Healthcare, Retail, and has successfully ran her own agency for over 10 years.
Sarah is a dynamic and results driven individual with a keen focus on innovation, image and relationship building - with a strong emphasis on planning and strategic/conceptual development.

Natalie has broad range of experience in the philanthropic, not-for-profit and higher education sectors that she brings to her role as Project Manager at the Menzies Foundation.
Following 15 years as a Chemical Engineer working in Project Management in the Pharmaceutical industry, Natalie has recently gained extensive experience in philanthropy and fundraising at The University of Melbourne and as a board director for a not-for-profit organisation.
Natalie has a bachelor’s degree with honours in Chemical Engineering & Arts (Languages) from The University of Melbourne as well as a Graduate Diploma in both Business and Project Management from Swinburne University. Natalie was awarded the Victorian Women’s Governance Scholarship in 2017.

Jack has taken on the role of Philanthropy Intern and in addition, is currently completing a Bachelor of Commerce & Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree at Monash University. Jack brings industry experience having worked in the financial and legal sectors whilst at University. Leveraging his keen interest in cyber law, Jack is supporting the development of the Ninian Stephen Menzies Law Program.
